Madremonte begins as an ordinary office clerk in Medellín. She does not initially know her divine identity. Her connection to the forest, the rain, and the wind starts to awaken around her.

After she discovers a murdered herbalist in an office elevator, a witch hunter makes her his target. The city's vegetation and weather respond to her before she understands why.

The Offline filing records her smile at what one unplugged cable can change.
